Transfer Certificate will be issued to a withdrawing student only if his/her accounts are settled and other clearances are obtained (e.g. Library, ferry fee). A student should give at least ten days prior notice (in writing) to the school for his/her transfer certificate. Once the transfer certificate is issued to a student, he/she will not be able to register for that same academic year. In case of losing the first true copy of transfer certificate, second true copy can be requested with additional charges.

There is no refund of the tuition fees and development fees as stated in the financial section.

Withdrawal from YAS after Admission

Withdrawal from YAS after the willful admission at the time of registration, the refunding of the remitted school fees, the following procedures will apply: –

  1. Only 50% of the yearly fees will be refunded if no classes have started as yet (with the understanding that, once left the school it will be considered and treated as one school year); 
  2. Only 25% of the yearly fees will be refunded if a student decides to withdraw within the first week of schooling or attending classes.
  3. Only 10% of the yearly fees will be refunded if a student decides to withdraw within the two weeks of schooling. No more refund after that.
  4. 100% of refundable deposit and monthly fees will be refunded.
