Academic Information

YAIA has more than 39 teaching faculty and staff member, and more than 20 supporting individuals for the smooth operation of the school in general. Birth Certificate is essential for the students seeking admission for KG and Grade 1. Pupils who have attended other school cannot be admitted without having obtained a Leaving Certificate, Mark sheet and recommendation.

Yangon Adventist Seminary (YAS) operates by the Seventh-day Adventist Church in Myanmar for the benefit of the children of the church. Others students may also be admitted whose principles and interests are in harmony with the standards, aims and objectives of the School and who are willing to conform to these while registered as students.

The placement test in English and Mathematics will be conducted for all the New Students seeking admission to grade (I – XII). Based on the performance of these Tests the admission committee decides the admission.
