Yangon Adventist Seminary is a Christian institution owned and operated by Seventh-day Adventist Church since 1975. It has been operating as Union Conference/Mission operated academy and is directly under the control of the Myanmar Union Mission (MYUM). It is opened to young people who want to study in Christian atmosphere. Non-Christian student who can make the agreement to follow the rules and regulations of the school may be accepted. Yangon Adventist International Academy is a co-educational institution.
Yangon Adventist Seminary is accredited till 2022 by ‘2019 Adventist Accrediting Association (AAA) the Accrediting Association of Seventh-day Adventist Schools, Colleges, and Universities, Maryland, USA. The school has a networking affiliation also with other SDA schools operating in India, Philippines, Thailand, and other Adventist schools around the globe. The school is situated on 1.75 acres of land.
